Have received instructions to Sell by Auction, THIS DAY, the 23rd instant, at Twelve o'clock, at their Mart, Queenstreet, THE ESTATE OF QUARTLY GRANGE, Containing 117 acres, and situated only one mile and a half from Auckland, by two Government roads ; the proprietor, Dr. Weekes, being about to return to England. The Premises consist of a Five Roomed Verandah Cottage, a detached Stone Kitchen and Servants' Room, Woodhonse, Cowhouse, &c, with Flower Garden and Shrubbery ; an Orchard, containing 70 choice Fruit Trees, two Gardens with Fruit Trees, and 120 wall Vines; two Paddocks (3J and ( z\ acres), a young six-acre Plantation, and ground prepared for Orchard and Vineyard, all enclosed with stone fences* Behind are two Paddocks, and a twenty-two acre pnsture of English Grasses, now being fenced; 80 acres of excellent arable Land, partly fenced, fourteen already broken up, and the rest ready for the plough. There are seveial never-failing springs of Water on the Estate, and a 1200 gallon Tank close to the kitchen. This property, from its proximity to the town, has many advantages, being admirably adapted for a Milk Dairy k Farm on a large scale. Title — Grant from the Crown.

This Property, although thoroughly fenced by nature, possesses the singular advantage of having a cattle road to the main land at half tide, being scarcely two hours' ride from Auckland. From its great fertility and the perfect shelter obtained by a central group of hills, cattle fatten either in summer or winter in a very little time. There is sufficient arable land for four good Farms, and a never failing supply of spring water. The distance from Oneunga by water is about two miles ; the channels around the island Sivarm with fish, and there is an abundance of shells for lime burning.
