The Committee having had the preparation of that Memorial confided to their discre. tion by one Public Meeting are of opinion that they you'd be out of order to convene another tnd d fferent Meeting on the subject, and as no exception seemi to have been taken against the Memorial, it will be laid before the Public lor signature.
