Will sell by Auction, on Wednesday next, 9th instant, at their Mart, Queen street, Twenty Building; Allotments in Freeman's Bay, THE above Allotments are situated at the Town side ok the Bay, in the elevated land overlooking the Water, and about five minutes walk from Queen Street. The position is healthy and cheerful, and from its being close to the beach, is adapted particularly to Sawyers, Boatmen, Timber Dealers, and other Mechanics. Each Allotment has a frontage to Adelaide Street of 26 feet, by a depth of 66 feet.
