Have received instructions from the proprietor, Mr. Buckland, to sell by; Public Auction, on Monday, 23rd April, at their Stores, Shortland-street, at 12 o'clock precisely, The following valuable Properties, in the vicinity of the present Government House, being divisions of Mr. Buckland's property (suburban lots 13, 14, and 15), situated on the Government road leading to Messrs. Low and Motion's Mills, viz. — T OTS 1 to 9— Containing each la. 3r. I7p. ■" having frontages of 273 links to the Government road, Lots 3, 4, 8 and 9 being intersected by a reserved road. Lot 10— Containing la. 2r. Op., having a frontage of 273 links to the Government road.
