Chisholm, to sell by Public Auction, at his Mart, To-Moititow, (Thursday,) 29th instant, at 12 o'clock, precisely, unless previously disposed of 1 LL THAT VALUABLE AL- ** LOTMENT & BUILDINGS thereon erected, situate in O'Connell Street, and known as the property of Mr. Chisholm. The allotment has a frontage to O'Connell Street of 72 feet, with a depth of 55 feet. The buildings consist of a comfortahle Dwelling House, in good repair, and Stabling for 10 Horses There are also two wells of excellent water, the whole well fenced in. The above will be sold in one or three lots at the option of the Auctioneer. Title— from the Crown. Terms — 20 per cent deposit, the residue by approved bills at three and six months.

Heifers 6 do. Steers, AFTER WHICH, 2 Superior Gig and Saddle Horses, warranted gentle arid quiet in Harness 1 Cart and Cart Harness. Terms at Sale.
