Psjye received instructions from the Proprietor, Mr. Richard Webb, to sell by Auction, on Friday next, 16th March, at their Stores, Shortland Street, at 12 o'clock, PART of ALLOTMENT No. 7, Section No. 17, in the Town of Auckland, having a frontage of 20 feet to a Government lane, by a depth of 40 feet, with the Buildings thereon erected. Building Allotment adjoining the above, having a frontage of 41 feet to a Government lane, by a depth of 40 feet. These properties are situated at the real of the Stores of J. S. Polack, Esq., and have a commanding view of the harbour.
