AT a Preliminary Meeting held Yesterday, at the Royal Exchange Hotel, it was unanimously resolved that a Public Meeting be called at the same place, This Day, at 3 o'clock, for the purpose of ascertaining the cause of emigration from this place to California, and the eilect it may have on this colony.
