The Nancy, Captain Cains, anived yesterday morning fiom the Bay of Islands, having sailed on Monday Inst. She reports the arrival of tho American ship Zotorf, Captain Wallis, from the Uniicd States, bound tt Fe<-jee. The Arabian was tho only \\ haler at the Bay when the Nancy sailed.
