There" is a good house, barn, and Stock - yaid on the farm, which is well enclosed and possessing abundance of Fnewoojl and Water, about 35 acies of the land has already been under crop and the remainder is now being ploughed. The Stock consists of 25 good cows in calf, many being calving — a team of Bullocks — and if desired a Horse. The Cows will be let with or without the encrease. Terms moderate. Adequate security will be required.
