The brig Susan, from London, via Nelson and Wellington, arrived yesterday morning, having mailed from the latter port on the Ist instant. H M. steamer Acbercn. lietice 24th. ult , arrived at Wellington on the 31st; H. M. S. Havamiah sailed for Sydney the game day. The barque Cornelia was completing her car'ro, and would sail for London within a few days. The Adelaide, schooner, from this port, arrived at Wellington on the I2ih Jauuery, and lailed for Hobait Town, on the 18th. The ship, Ajax, Younff, master, 116 days out from the Dovrns, anived at Otago on the Bth January, with 23 cabin passengers, 13 adult fore cabin, and about 150 steerage passengers on board ; 85 of which are for Ota?o, the remainder for Wellington and Nehon, Cabin passengers — Mr. and Mrs. Valp*y son and three daughters, Miss Jeffreys, Messrs.
