Has received instructions to sell by Public Auction, at the Stockyard of the Blue Bell, THISDAY, 7th instant— Without Reserve — 11 HE following Valuable RACING HORSED, the property of a Gentleman about leaving the Colony. JACK, a bay Gelding, 4 years. The performances of " Jack," on Monday and Tuesday last, excited the admiration of all beholders, and rather astonished the knowing ones. It is now admitted that but for the false start he would have been the winner of the Maiden Plate. He Avon the Consolation Stakes of £20, and the Hurdle Race of £36, beating the favorite " Zaccho" easily. COUNTESS, dark brown Mare, 4 years— without exception the handsomest Mare in the Northern distiict. GOLDFINDER, dark brown Entire, 2 years — the only Blood Horse in the country, and bids fair to win the next Metropolitan. POST BOY, a handsome blood chesnut Poney, rising 4 years. The above have been some time in training, and with judicious attention will turn out for Speed and Bottom to be inferior to none-in the colonies. also — BLUCHER, a brown Hack, 5 years, warranted sound and good in saddle or harness. RAINBOW, bay Gelding, 4 years, ditto. MATILDA, roan Mare, rising 3 years, broken to carry a lady. NORFOLK, black Entire Horse, one of the most powerful Draught horses in the colony, ALSO-— A light Cart 4 sets Cart Harness 4 Saddles 1 Hunting Saddle 1 strong Dray and harness complete.
H\AM JOSEPH Has been honoured with instructions to sell byPublic Auction, at the Stockyard of the Blue Bel], THIS DAY, at 11 o'clock— THE SPLENDID RACER "PENSIONE R," " Pensioner" contested for the Maiden and Metropolitan Plates ; he came in winner of the second heat of the Maiden Plate, but was distanced in consequence of his Jockey being slightly underweight.

THE well known fast sailing Schooner, "DIAN A," 1 5 tons, with all her standing and running rigging, complete. Two suits of Sails, one of which is quite new. Two anchors and chain cable, and cooking apparatus, with all the necessary appurtenances, in first rate order. To parties engaged in the Coasting trade, this vessel can be recommended as being the fastest and strongest coaster sailing out of Auckland*
