TENDERS will be received at this Office, until noon of Thursday, Ist day of March, for furnishing such quantities of STRAW as may fromtime to time be required by the Barrack Department at Auckland — and also at the Bay of Islands — during the 1 2 months, ending 31st March, 1850. The Straw to be subject to the approval of the Barrack Department, and to be delivered by the Contractor at such places as may be pointed out, payment being made by an Ordnance Draft on the Commissariat Chest.
