T. K. would beg to state that he has opened a correspondence with England, and that the above is the first shipment to his order, which will be followed by others, so as to keep up a continuous and well selected stock of English work of the best description. He would call particular attention to the Wellington Boots, as being far superior, both as to fashion and finish, to any hitherto imported ; and need hardly remind his customers, the inhabitants of Auckland and its vicinity, that at his establishment can be had any description of work of his own manufacture, from the Top Boot to the Child's Shoe. A large and varied assortment always on hand, Jan. 23, 1849.
