THOMAS WESTON * Co., Have received instructions to Sell by Auction, on Saturday, 3rd February, at their Stores, Shortland-street, at 12 o'clock, if not previously disposed of by Private Contract, A FARM at EPSOM, containing 6a. 3r. 13p., being part of Small Farm Allotment, Section 50. This Property is situated midway between the Race Course and the flourishing settlement of Onehunga ; it has a frontage of thirteen chains to the main road leading from Auckland to Manukau, and is fenced on one side by a party fence, dividing it from Mr. Buckland's paddock. The omnibus pastes to and from Auckland twice a day. Also, — SIX BUILDING ALLOTMENTS in COOPRR'S BAY, being sub-division of Suburban Allotments Nos. 69 and 70. These Allotments have each a frontage of 50 feet by a depth of 100 feet. They are pleasantly situated opposite the residence of the Rev. J, F. Churton, having a commanding view of the harbour, and are only five chains from the Manukau Road.
