Cure of Thirty five Ulcers. " Moloug, Sept. 25, 1848. " To Mr. J. K. Heydon. '• Sir,— l >owe a debt of gratitude to Professor Hollowty for my almost miraculous cure, after seven years of suffering, caused by exposure to wet and coltl, 1 nnd the undue use of Mercurial Medicines. When I first commenced to use the Pills and Ointment, I had thirty-rive ulcers on my body, and a constant head ache, and pains all over me. My throat had got so affected that I waa obliged at last to live entirely on gruel. Having spent upwards uf two hundred pounds in mediciue and medical advice to no putpote, except that of making me worse, I tried Holloway's Pills and Ointment, by means of which, and the ble»siug of God, lam now in the enjoyment of excellent heal' h. My feelings for others simi'arly circumstanced, as well as my gratitude to Mr. Holloway, compel me to send you this communication. " I am, Sir, "Your obedient servant, 41 Jbremiah Reed. «' P.S.— I am at present in the employment of Messrs. Syers, Brothers, Meadows, near Wellington*

Surprising Cure of Rheumatism. " Little Bally Bong, Port Pbillipßoad, " January 16. 1848. " I hereby certify, that my wife, Lydia Rochford, was affected with Rheumatism in the head for fifteen months, and although attended by good mrdical practitioners, she got no relief. It also afferted the palate of her mouth, so muchio that she could not articulate her words properly. I was advised to try Holloway's Pills and Ointment, which I did administer to her, and she continued to use them for two months. I can now «ay they have restored her to her usual state of good health ; and for the sake of humanity I now make this public. (Signed) " James Rochford."

Cures in South Australia The following extraordinary Cures are authenticated by Mr: John Stephens, of Adelaide, the respectable proprietor of the " Adelaide Obse>ver and South Australian Register," and hay« been published in his papers :— "GeorgejMuncton, a set'ler in the bush, who had been suffering for four months with a swollen leg, and in such pain as to deprive him of tleep, was recommended to try Holloway's Pills, at the same time using the ointment, ss directed. In the course of a fortnight the cure was so far effected a 1 * to permit him. on the 7th October, to walk into Adelaide witn~ out pain, a distance of twenty miles, to give us this statement for the information and benefit of his fellowcreatures. "November 2nd, 1847."

" Mrs. Elizabeth Harker, of Willunga, who had been nearly thirty years a sufferer, from an ulcerated lcsf, produced by a blow, was induced to try Hollow ay 'a ointment in conjunction with his pills. A small box of each was purchased, and before the whole was used (he leg was perfectly healed, leaving scarcely any trace of a wound, which had defied the skill of several practitioners both in England and this country.

Another Surprising Cure ! " Campbelltown, April 11, 1848. " To Mr. Heydon. " Sir,— l feel it a duty incumbent on me, to let the community at large know the wonderful cure that has been performed on me by the effect of Holloway't medicine. I have, Cor the last six months, been afflicted with Die liver complaint, and at last was compelled to take to my bed in a very low state, so bad that I did not think I would ever rise in health again. After trying medical aid, and finding no relief, I was advised by Mr. William Bunill to try the medicine aforenamed, which I did, and after one or two dones of Holloway's Pills, and rubbing 1 in the ointment, I found great relief; and by strictly following tbe rules laid down by Mr. Hollo way, and using his pills and ointment for six weeks, I find myself in the enjoyment of as good health as ever I possessed in my life. The truth of this statement is incontestable, as there is not one of my neighbours but could testify the same. " I remain, &c, " Robert Elkins, " Blacksmith, •' Campbelltown."
