'• Sir, — I owe n debt of gratitude to Professor Holloway for my almost miraculous cure, after seven years of suffering, caused by exposure to wet and cold, nnd the undue use of Mercurial Medicines. When I first commenced to use the Pills and Ointmeat, I had thirty-five ulcers on my body, and a constant head ache, and pains all over me. My throat had got to affected that I was obliged at last to live entirely on gruel. Having spent upwards of two hurdred pounds in mediciue and medical advice to no purpose, exorpt that of making me worse, T tried Holloway's Pills and Ointment, by means of which, and the blessing of God, lam now in the enjoyment of excellent healih. My feeling! for others similarly circumstanced, as well as my gratitude to Mr. Holloway, compel me to send you this communication. " X am, Sir, " Your obedient servant, »• Jeremiah Rked. "* " P.S.— I am at present in the employment of Meisri. Sjers, Brothers, Meadows, near Wellington."
Surptmng Cure of Rheumatism. < " Little Bally Bong, Port Phillip Road, j "January 16. 1848. " I hereby certify, that my wife, Lydia Rochford, was affected with Rheumatism in the head for fifteen months, and although attended by good medical prac titioncrs, she got no relief. It also affected the palate ! of her mouth, so much so that she could not articulate her words properly. I was advised to try Holloway's Pills and Ointment, which I did administer to her, and she continued to vie them for two monthi. I can now j say they have restored her to her usual stajie of good health; and for the sake of humanity I now make this public. (Signed) " James Rochford."

In the course of a fortnight the cure was so far effected as to permit him. on the 7th Octpber, to walk into Adelaide without pain, a distance of twenty miles, to give us this statement for the information and benefit of his fellowcreatures. "November 2nd, 1847." " Mrs. Elizabeth Harker, of Willunga, who had been nearly thirty years a •ufferer, from an ulcerated leg, produced by a blow, wbb induced to try Holloway's ointment ia conjunction with liii pills. A small box of each was purchased, and before the whole was used the leg was perfectly healed, leaving scarcely any trace of a wound, which hid defied the skill of 6ever.il practitioners both iv England and this country. Another Suiprising Cure ! 11 Campbelltown, April 11, 1848. « To Mr. Heydon. " Sir, — I feel it a duty incumbent on me, to let the community at large know the wonderful cure that has been performed on me by the effect of Holloway'a medicine. I have, for the last six raomhs, been afflicted with the liver complaint, and at last w.is compelled to take to my bed in a very low state, so bad ' that I did not think I would ever rise in health again. After trying medical aid, and finding no relief, I was advised by Mr. William Bursill to try the medicine aforenamed, which I did, and after one or two dones of Holloway's Pills, and rubbing in the ointment, I found great relief; and by strictly following tbe rule* laid down by Mr. Hollowiy, and using his pills and ointment for six wetks, I find myself in tbe enjoyment of as good health as ever I possessed in my life. The truth of this statement is incontestable, as there is not one of my neighbours but could testify the same. " I remain, &c, " Robeiit Elkins, l '• Blacksmith, " Campbelltown."
