Immediately upon the airival of the new warrants the parlies were conducted to the office oi the prison r and tliere, in the presence of i»ir Edward StanU'y, Mr. Smythe, thu Governor, and otlicih, informed of their import. Mr. Meancy is churged with having combined, conspired, confederated, and agiecd with 11. J.Veiner, aiiddiveia other peisons, to levy war against her Majesty, and deprive her of her just stjlc, ii^ht, and title of Queen of these realms. The chains, > against Mr. Biemian and Di. West are in the sumo terms, but omitting the uame ol " Uichard J. Vei'iu 1 ' in the warrants.
