And all that Allotment or parcel of land adjoining the above, containing by admeasurement, 1 rood and 24 perches more or less, being Allotment 43, of the said section 29. — Bounded on the North East by Allotment 33, 346 links, on the East by lot 17, 153 links, on the South West, by lot 42, 365 links, and on the North West by a street, 130 links. And also all that Allotment of land adjoining the above, containing by admeasurement, 1 rood and 17 perches more or less, being Allotment 44 of the said Section 29. Bounded on the North East by lot 45, 261 links, on the E&st by lot 16, 152 links, on the South West by lot 43, 346 links, and on the North West by a street, 130 links. And lastly all that Allotment of land adjoining the above, containing by admeasurement, 1 rood and 14 perches more or less, beAllotment 45 of the said section 29. Boundad on the Noith West by lot 46, 285 links, on the South East by pait of lot 15, 135 links, on the South West by lot 44, 261 links, and on the North West by a street, 130 links. These Allotments are nearly opposite Partington's Brewery, being situate in that street leading from Queen-street, to the Residence of His Excellency the Governor. The Importer having had the experience of the former sale, has been careful in his selection, so that they will be found much superior to the last lot. Terms Liberal.
