CONNELL & RIDINGS Have received instructions to sell by PublicAuction, at their Mait, Queen-street, on Saturday, the } Bth November, at Eleven. o'clock — HpHE several Allotments of TOWN LANDS I comprised in the Gardens of Mr. W. Smithson, at Freeman's Bay, viz. : — No?. 6, 7, 12, 13, 14, and 15, of Section, No. 43, of the township of Auckland. This Garden is pleasantly situated, well watered, and in a high state of cultivation, with a number of choice fruit trees, in bearing, strawberries, vegetables, &c. A boat creek from Freeman's Bay, traverses the lower part of the Garden. (This Allotment has often been spoken of for a Bathing establishment.) The whole comprises about 2;} acics of remarkably feitile land, with a small dwelling house thereon, in a retired and healthful situation, within ten minutes walk of the Post Office.
