This Garden is pleasantly situated, well watered, and in a high state of cultivation, with a number of choice fruit trees, in bearing, strawberries, vegetables, &c. A boat creek from Freeman's Bay, traverses the lower part of the Garden. (This Allotment has often been spoken of for a Bathing establishment.)
