HYAM JOSEPH Has received instructions to sell by Public Auction, at his Mart, Lower Queen-street, on Monday, the 20th inst., at 12 o'clock, precisely — ALL that Allotment or parcel of Land, containing by admeasmement, 1 rood and 34 perches, more or less, being Allotment No. 42, of Section 29. Bounded on the North East by lot 43, 365 links, on the East by parts of lots 17 and 18, 162 links, on the south by lot 41, 457 links, and on the west by a stieet, 140 links. And all that Allotment or parcel of land adjoining the above, containing by admeasurement, 1 rood and 24 perches more or less, being Allotment 43, of the said section 29. — Bounded on the North East by Allotment 33, 346 links, on the East by lot 17, 153 links, on the South West, by lot 42, 365 links, and on the'Norlh West by a street, 130 links.
