AUCKLAND ACADEMY.

JG O R R I E respectfully intimates that • the last Quarter of the present Session will commence on Monday, 2nd October. J. G. has much pleasure in announcing that he has just received, direct from London, ex Clara, a large assortment of School Books, &c, suitable for the following branches of education, viz. : — English Reading and Grammar, Writing, Arithmetic, Geography, Mathematics, Latin, Greek, &c. Hours of attendance — from 10 to 1, and from 2 to 4 o'clock. N.B.— An Evening Class from 6to 9 o'clock. September 22, 1848.
