,On the 14th May a royal decree appeared in the Madrid Government Gazette depriving Don Enrique of all his honours and digni'aries as Infdnt of Spain. The Morning Chronicle of the 20th May says : " We lia^e received Madrid journals of the 13th instant. Jenny Lind, has made a noble ann.versary in her re-appearai cc. Jenny Lind, on her fint entrance, was greeted with a tumult of applause from a bouse crowded in every part. Every note of her recitative was listened to as the repetition of a welcome sound. She was in excellent voice ; one could easy fancy that the notes were more full and rich than last season.
