On Monday, the 18ih instant, after a short but painful illness, in the SOtli year of hia age, Lieutenant A. M'LKODHAY,of the 58th Itfieft., eldest son of the late Colonel Hay. of Westerton, Morayshire, N. B. This Officer served with his regiment during the operations in the North and South of New Zealand, and died universally lamented hy hit. brother officers.
