A FARM situate in the District of Putihua about 1 2 miles from Auckland, and 3^ from the Pensioners' Village at Otahuhu, containing 439 Acres. The greater part of the land is equal in quality to that at llemueva, it is well watered by several never failing creeks, and contains about 150 acres of valuable building Timber, and being situated in the centre of a vapidly improving district, it possesses almost every advantage that could be desired by a practical man either for grazing or agriculture.
