and one fourth ajres of land. This allotment' is situated nearly opposite the Commissariat Stockyard, on the high road leading towards Cabbage tree Swamp, within 20 minutes walk of the Courthouse.

The House consists of Four Rooms, and has two fireplaces, and brings in a rent of ten pounds per annum.
