Will sell by Public Auction, at their Mait, Queen-street, THIS DA V, 2nd August, at 11 o'clock, unless previously disposed of, THE DWELLING HOUSE & GARDEN, now occupied by Mr. Kin near. Situated on a private street leading from the Manukao Road a few paces beyond the " Windsor Castle" Inn. The house consists of seven apartments, viz. sitting room, three bed chambets, dressing room, kitchen aud closet — with a Gatden and excellent Well on the premises ; it is let on lease terminable in June, 1850, at£2G per annum. Also, and adjoining the above, about tluee quarters of an acre of land fenced and cultivated, and well stocked with choice fruit tiees, together with a Raupo Cottage thereon.
