On Friday morning, July 28, at lila. residence, Auckland, John Johnson, Esq., M.D., Colonial Surgeon, and Coionev of this district, aged 54' yeais, much lamented by the inhabitants.
Tub friends of tlie deceased Doctor John Johnson arc respectfully informed that his funcrtil obsequies will take place this day, und that it it proposed to leave his late residence for the place of interment precisely at three o'clock in the. afternoon. Auckland, Saturday, July 29, 1848.
