They are surrounded by a mo&t i espectable neighbourhood ; and it can be no exaggeration to say, that, in a few seasons this locality will be Auckland's fairest and most thriving Suburban village. Will sell by Public Auction, at his -Mart, THIS DAY, the 26th inst., at 12 o'clock. AN ALLOTMENT OF LAND, adjoining the Royal Hotel, at Oneunga, having a frontage of 70 feet to the Beach, and running back about 200 feet. The Government Town of Oneunga is situated in the midst of an extensive pastoral country, that is rapidly becoming intersected with the Grazier's fences, and studded with the Farmer's cottages, — it is in fact the nucleus and the germ of — a country's wealth — a thriving rural population. It is the first stage inland to the innumerable Settlements to the South ; and on the high road which the Government has commenced to Wellington. It is besides on the shores of the Manukau, and must become the Depot of the coasting trade of the West Coast. This particular Allotment was selected with much care, — a glance at the map of the Town, speaks its culogiums ; — its position adapts it for any kind of business, for it will be in the very heait of the bustle and money making of the place.
