These Allotments are admitted to be the most beautifully situated of any around Auckland. They rest on the upper level, and the gentle slope, that intervenes between the Manukau Road and George's Bay. To Gentlemen connected with Government, and Merchants, they offer all the charms of a country residence, with curt and pleasant access to their places of business — they command extensive and delightful views of the harbour, and the opposite shores ; and possess a rich soil for gaidcning purposes. To the Tradesman and Artisan they hold out the advantages of close contiguity with the town — they are tin eaded by the avenues to George's and Judge's Bays, and are immediately adjacent to the great inland thoroughfare to the Manukau and Tamaki. They are surrounded by a most respectable neighbourhood ; and it can be no exaggeration to say, that, in a few seasons this locality will be Auckland's fairest and vnos>t thviving Suburban village. To the Speculatist it is almost needless to say, that even dormant investment in these Allotments cannot fail to double itself every two years. Title from the Crown. Plan of the Allotments may be seen at the Auctioneer's. Terms at Sale.
LAND AT ONEUNGA.
HYAM JOSEPH
Will sell by Public Auction, at his Mart, on Wednesday, the 26th inst., at 12 o'clock. AN ALLOTMENT OF LAND, adjoining the Royal Hotel, at Oneunga, having a frontage of 70 feet to the Beach, and running back about 200 feet.
The Government Town of Oneunga is situated in the midst of an extensive pastoral country, that is rapidly becoming intersected with the Grazier's fences, and studded Avith the Farmer's cottages, — it is in fatct the nucleus and the germ of — a country's wealth — a thriving rural population. It is the first stage inland to the innumerable Settlements to the South ; and on the high road which the Governm ent has commenced to Wellington. It is besides on the shores of the Manukau, and must become the Depot of the coasting trade of the West Coast. This particular Allotment was selected with much care, — a glance at the map of the. Town, speaks its eulogiums ; — its position adapts it for any kind of business, for it will be in the very heart of the bustle and money making of the place. Tjt&e — Grant from the Crown.
