HIS Excellency the Governor has been pleased to appoint Robert Kelly, Esq., to be Rcgistiar General of Bnths, Deaths and Marriages, for the Piovince of New Ulster, and Deputy Regisliar of Biiths, Deaths, anil Marriages for the District of Auckland. This appointment to bear date from the 13th July, 1848. By His Excellency's command, Andrew Sinclair, Colonial Secieiary.
