AN ALLOTMENT OF LAND, adjoining the Royal Hotel, at Oneunga, having a frontage of 70 feet to the Beach, and running back about 200 feet. The Government Town of Oneunga is silu- : aled in the midst of an extensive pastoral country, that is rapidly becoming intersected with the Grazier's fences, and studded with the Farmer's collages, — it is in fact the nucleus and the germ of — a country's wealth — a thriving rural population. It is the first stage inland to the innumerable Settlements to the South ; and on the high road which the Government has commenced to Wellington. It is besides I on the shoi es of the Manukau, and must become the Depot of the coasting trade of the West Coast. This particular Allotment was selected with much care, — a glance at the map of the Town, speaks its eulogiums ; — its position adapts it for any kind of business, for it will be m the very heait of the bustle and money making of the place.
