Graham take this opportunity of returning thanks to their numerous friends and customers, who have hitherto favoured their establishment, and beg to appiize them that they have determined to clear off the whole of their immense stock of goods, prior to removal into New Premises, and in order to do so, they have commenced Selling Off, at such prices as will inusre their object. HYAM JOSEPH BEGS to inform the Merchants and Traders of Auckland, that, having obtained an Auctioneer's license, he has taken those commodious premises in Queen-street, adjoining the store of Mr.Woodhousc, for the purpose of holding periodical Sales of MerchandizejFurniture, 1 and Effects, where he trusts to receive a share of the public patronage. Mr. Joseph would merely add, that, while every effort will be made to study the interest of all those who may favor him with their sales, they will find a promptness in rendering account sales, and a disposition to grant accommodation, that cannot fail to be highly satisfactory. Convenient and extensive I'ens will be furnished for the sale of cattle and horses, with the advantages of excellent paddocks and stabling, and he will devote his attention particularly to this department of the business.
