The Farm consists of 123 acres,— loo of which have been under cultivation, and now laid down in grass. This Faim is well know n as one of the finest in the Tamaki district. There weie 11 .icir< under Wheat this season which ) lelded 30 bushels per Acre, and the crop of Barley from 28 Acres has been equally productive. There is a River frontage to the Tamaki of 20 Chains, and the Farms are abundantly supplied with running streams of fresh walci, which continue all the year through.
