THE Farm of MEADOWBANK, on the Tamaki, belonging to Wallace & Faimei, adjoining the Pensioner village of Pnninui). The Farm consists of 123 acres, — 100 of which have been under cultivation, and now laid down in grass. This Faini is well known as one of the finest in the Tamaki district. There weie 11 acies under Wheat this season which yielded 30 bushels per Acre, and the crop of Barley from 28 Acres has ij£en equally productive. There is a Efiver frontage to the Tamaki of 50Chains, and the Farms are abundantly supplied with running streams of fiesh water, whieft continue all the year through. If the Farm is not sold within . a month, in will be cut up in small Lots to suit Puchaseis.
