OEPARATE TENDERS are requested for the materials and workman sliip required in erecting one of the wings of the College, intended fo be built on the North Shore of Auckland ; the Tenders to be delivered at the Catholic Chapel House, Auckland, on or bcfoie the Ist June next. The Timber and Lime to be delivered on the beach, above high-water mark, at the head of Shoal Bay, immediately below the house occupied by Mr. W. Bellingham. Foi specifications and other particulars, apply to the undersigned. Tenders in the following order —

1. For Oyster Shell Lime, at per bushel. 2. For Timber, at per 100 feet super. 3. For Mason and Brick work. 4. For Carpenter and Joiner work. 5. For Painting, Plumbing, and Glazing.

It will therefore be necessary for those who intend to tender for any of the work of said building, to see the Plans and Specifications again ; a sight of which can be obtained, and all necessary information given by application at my Office in Albert Street. NOTICE TO DEPOSITORS IN THE AUCKLAND SAVINGS' BANK.

fTTIE Trustees of the above Institution ap- ■"• pointed under the Local Ordinance, hereby give Notice, that the Business of the above Bank, will be conducted at the Office of the Union Rank of Australia, in Piinccs' Stieet, on and after Monday, the 29th Instant, and that the hours of attendance will be as follows • — For Receiving Deposits — Mondays, from 9 to 10 o'clock in the Forenoon. For P\ying — Saturdays, from 9 to 10 o'clock in the Forenoon. The old Depositors are lequested to call on either of the above days, and sign the new Rules and Regutations, after which they will be entitled to receive 5 per cent Interest on the amount of their deposits. The proper days of attendance for the several Tiustees can be learnt at the Bank office, and i\ ill be in the order of their appointment as published in the printed Rules.
