On it is a large brick -nogged Dwelling-house and a most excellent Garden, stocked with fiuit-tiecs of all kinds, in full bearing. No. 78, containing 19a. lr.Gp.— ls well wooded, about one half has been under cultivation, and there is a large grass paddock on this and the adjoining allotment. No. 79, containing 20 acres. These farms are all sheltered from the cold southerly winds, and the ground is of the best quality, they weie selected with great care, and will be found to be the best in the vicinity of Auckland.
