I.— Allotment No. 1, of Section No. 2, of the Township of Auckland ; having a frontage to Fort Streei, (facing Mr. Nathan's brick store) of 198 feet, to Queen-str et 33 feet, and to an intended street from Shortland-street to the water. This property being situated at the nly commercial landing-place, and close to the intended Maiket, combines advantages that are not possessed to an equal degree by any other building land in Auckland. 3.— Also, a well-watered Farm at Pukaki, containing 305 acres of the richest land in this district.
