Have received instiuctions to sell by Public Auction, in this behalf, at their Auction Mart, Queen-street, on Monday, the 29th inst., at 11 o'clock,-— 1 — A BEAUTIFULLY SITUATED AND COMMODIOUS BRICK HOUSE, and ALLOTMENT of LAND, at George's Bay, Auckland, — being the greater part of Suburban allotment No, (J2, of section No. 1. This property from its proximity to town, — its advantages of neighbourhood, — frontages to George's Bay, — splendid View of the Harbour, &c, will be found one of the most agreeable residences in the vicinity of Auckland, 2. — A Sup-nivisioN ok the same Allotment, ivith a Weather- boarded House thereon erected. 3. — The Remainder ok the same Allotment, about one and a half acre. 4. — Part ok Allotment, No. C 4, of same Section, containing 1^ acre, with a frontage to the Manukau road. 5. — Part ok same Allotment, containing* about 1^ acre, with a frontage to Manukau road. These Allotments which are situate on the level land between Mechanic's Bay, and George's Bay, are capable of sub-division into a great number of Cottage and Garden lots. (j. — A SUBDIVISION OF THE SAME ALLOTMENT, 33 feet fi outage to Manukau road, together with a Weather boarded House and other improvements thereon. 7. — A SunnivisioN of the same Allotment having 33 feet frontage to the Manukau load, together with a Weather boarded House and other improvements thereon.
Also the following SUBURBAN FARMS, situate at Epsom, about 3 miles from Auckland, viz :—: — SunuRBAN Farms No. 56, 57, and 58, each containing 20a. 3r. 34p. These Farms are surrounded by a Ditch and single rail, No. 5G has been cleared of Fern and Tupakahi, and about one half of it ploughed. No. 57, has been nearly all cleared and ploughed. On it is a Smith's Forge built of Scoria, and Well of excellent water. No. 58, about two-thirds of this allotment has been cultivated, there is a large and valuable Clover and Trefoil paddock in it. No. 74.— Containing 1 9a. lr. Gp. Beautifully wooded and well watered, it has been paitly cleared and has been fenced in three sides. No. 75, containing 19a. lr. 6p., — About one half is coveied with wood, it has a constant supply of water, and is fenced on two sides. There is a large raupo house on it, the ground has been partially cultivated. No. 76, containing 19a. ir.Gp.— Paitly wooded and well watered. On it are a hut and stock-yard, and a never-failing well of water. Nearly half this lot has been under cultivation. No. 77, containing 19a. lr. 6p.— This allot - I ment has been paitly cultivated, and is well wooded and watered. On it is a laige brick -nogged Dwelling-house and a. mail excellent Garden, stocked with fruit-trees of all kinds, in full bearing. No.7B,containfng 19a. lr.tip. — Is well wooded, about one half has been under cultivation, and there is a large grass paddock on this and the adjoining allotment. No. 79, containing 20 acres. These farms are all sheltered from tin; cold southerly winds, and the ground is of the best quality, they were selected with great care, and will be found to be the best in the vicinity of Auckland.
