SYDNEY.
On Saturday last the Louisa, brig, and CheerfuU schooner, arrived from Sydney ; and on Monday the Ralph Bernal, barque, from Twofold Bay, with cattle; The Hyderabad, ship, had commenced loading, and was to tad a few days after the Louisa, and several other vessels were laid on for this port, chiefly for the conveyance of cattle. The Legislative Council had been opened, and the following is the Herald's report of the first day's proceeding?,--.
