The following Circular has been issued on the occasion of the execution of the four principal criminals in the murder of the six Englishmen :—: — I'UBUC NOTICC. Her Britannic Majesty's Consul at Canton, \s instructed by His Excellency her Majesty's Plenipotentiary, &c. &c, to fiive publicity to the annexed documents. FRANCIS C M'GREGOR. Her Majtsty's Consul, British Consulate, Canton, 21st December, 1847.
