NOTICE. Custom House, Auckland, 28th March, 1848. NOTICE is hereby given that the schooner "Samuel Marsden" having been condemned for a breach of the Custom's Ordinance of New Zealand, No. 3, of 1841, — she, together with her Sails, Rigging, Gear, and Stores, as she it, now lying at anchor iv Commercial Bay, will be sold at public Auction, on Thursday next the 6th of April at one o'clock, at Rich's Bonded Warehouse : Description of the " Samuel Marsden " Length ....•••••• 29 feet, 4 inches Breadth 9 *• 8 " Depth 4 •' 6 Schooner rigged.
