npHE UNDERSINED hereby give None. •*■ that on the 28th day of May, last, they purchased all the right, title, and interest of Edward Knox, Esq., official assignee of the insolvant Estate of James Stuart, late of Sydney, in the Colony of New South Wales, Giocer, in and to 1860 acres of land at Cape Bream, New Zealand; 100 acers of land situated Seven Miles from the Bay of Islands, New Zealand ; and 10 acres of land in the township of Russell, New Zealand. And all persons whomsoever are accordingly hereby Cautioned against interfering with or trespassing on the said lands or any of them. Dated at Sydney aforesaid, the tenth day of June, 1547. CAUTION. WHEREAS a certain Crown Grant of 3,3.34 Acres, originally granted to A. B. Spark, Esq., of Sydney, situate on the riveis Weite, and Okura, is now the property of Ranulph Dacre, Esq., of Sydney : I hereby caution all parties from cutting Timber, or otherwise trespassing on the said Grant, as I shall take immediate proceedings at law against all such persons so found trespassing.
