TH E Undersigned would intimate tojhis Friends and the Public generally, that, having leased that Large and Commodious House, situated in Official Bay, (near the English Church, and formerly occupied by Mr, Fisher) that he will be prepared to accommodate persons requiring RESPECTABLE PRIVATE APARTMENTS, Furnished or Uniuhnisiied, WITH OR WITHOUT BOARD, by the latter part of this month, ,o;r the first of next, at the above House. This House being located in decidedly the most desirable part of the town, and commanding a splendid view of the Bay and Harbour, together with that of the surrounding beautiful scenery, possesses advantages unsurpassed, at least, by any other in Auckland. Gentlemen of business will find it most eligibly situated as a residence at once retired and convenient —not being three minutes walk from the Bank, nor above eight from the Custom House. Gentlemen, Ladies, and Families, arriving here from Sydney and elsewhere, will find the^ strictest attention paid to their comfort, and con be provided with neat and commodious Private Apartments, and suitable Storehouses for the dry and safe keeping of any quantity of Goods. To Captains of Vessels, Officers of the Navy, and others connected with the Shipping, who may require accommodation for their temporary sojourn here, this house presents advantages unequalled by any other in the place, being situated in the immediate vicinity of the most convenient and principal landing place. Persons arriving here with Horses, Sheep, and Cattle, can also be provided with GOOD STABLING and an EXTENSIVE STOCKYARD, close to the landing place. G. WILLSON. Official Bay, March 14th, 1848.
