CONNELL # HIDINGS Will sell by Auction, at their Marl, QueenStreet, Auckland, on Monday, the 17th day of April next, at 11 o'clock — ALL THAT, the Herd of Cattle now running at Matakaraka, in the district of Hokianga, with their increase since the stli day of August, 1844, purchased by Mr. Wm. Trusted from Capt. Young; and also, All the Cattle with their increase since the said ddt c belonging to the said Wm, Trusted, running in the said District. The purchaser will be entitled to a commodious dwelling House, as well as a large and substantial Stockyard, a Paddock of 30 acres adjoining the Stockyard, and an enclosure containing nearly one thousand acres.
