Dear Sir,— After a very prosperous and pleasant voyige from Auckland in the Maukin, we cannot take leave of you without expressing our satiifaction at the treatment we have experienced at your hands during the voyage. You have evinced the greatest readineis at all times to contribute as much as in your power to our comfort, and to render the voyage as agreeable as possible. Having witnessed your urbanity and kindness to nil the passengers on board, we are not the least surprised that your veisel should have earned a good name as a pissengcr-ship, and we feel confident that under your management 6he will sustain that character which. she vow enjoys in the ports between which §he trades.
