TENDER FOR FIREWOOD. '. Colonial Secretary's Office, Auckland, \BthDec, 1847. TENDERS in duplicate will be received at this Office, on or before Monday, tbe 27th, inst., from parties who may . be desirous of furnishing supplies of Firewood, for tbe various Departments of this Government, for tbe ensuing six months, commencing Ist January, 1848. Tbe Tenders must specify the rate per Ton, for delivering Firewood on the Beach in Commercial or Official Bay. \ Security will be required for the due performance of the«Contract,and tbe Ten.ders should be accompanied by, a notification of the consent of the parties who may be proposed as Sureties. ; Tenders, to be sealed and endorsed " .Tenders for Firewood:'' . TENDER FOR SMITHS' WORK. Colonial Secretary's Office, Auckland, ]Zth Dec, 1847. rpENDERS in duplicate will be received at JL this Office, on or before Monday, the 27th instant, from parties desirous of contracting for the performance of Smith's Work for the service of this Government, for the ensuing nix months, commencing Ist January, 1848. •Information respecting the probable description of work which will be required; and the term* of delivery and payment, may be obtained on application to the of Public Works,— from whom Forms of Tender may be obtained. Security will be' required for the due performance of the Contra.t/ and the Tendeis should be accompanied by a notification of the consent of the parties who may be proposed as Sureties.
