The barque ' Ramillics,' has been laid on for China. The mail for Sydney by the iteam ship 'Juno,' will close at 3 o'clock this day. We are happy to hear that this splendid ship is likely to be continued in this trade. The ' Thomas King.' This fine ship came to anchor in our harbour yesterday morning, alter a run, of twelve days from Sydney. She has brought the April English mail, and a Sidney one to the 6th instant. Of the 110 head of cuttle shipped in Sydney, 32 died during »he voyage. She proceeds hence to Lima. Neither the • Maukin,' or • Deborah,' had arrived at Sydney when the ' Thomas Kinji ' left. The 'Sunflower' hence, arrived at Sydney on the 16th ult., and had been la^d on the berth for London. The ' Sea Nymph,' barque, 406 tons, Grange, master, sailed from Sydney for this port, via New« castle, on the 2nd instant. Passengers, Capt. Harvey, and child. And was about to be followed on the same, route by the barque ' Ganges,' 34-8 tons, Mitchell, master. The Custom-house issued Registers last week to the ship 'Stirlingshire,' of Auckland, built at the Great Barrier, and to the cutter ' Dove,' of Auckland It is gratifying to observe the great increase of tonnage that hails from our port. The scarcity of tonnage out of this port has been a serious inconvenience for some time past. There are 150 tons of goods now waiting for shipment to Lady's Bay, but no vessel can be obtained.— Port Philip Patriot, July 31.
