GOVERNMENT GAZETTE. SUPREME COURT. NOTICE it hereby given, that a sitting of the Supreme Court, for the despatch of Criminal Business, will be hold en at the Court House, Auckland, on Wednesday, the first day of September, next, at Ten o'clock in the forenoon,— and that a sitting for the despatch of Civil business will be holden at the Court House, on Tuesday the seventh day of September next at the hour of Ten o'clock in the forenoon, — at which times and place all Persons under recognizances to appear either as Prosecutors, Defendant, or Witnesses, are required to give their attendance, Thomas Outhwaite, Registrar.
