NOTICE TO CORRESPONDENTS.
We hare received a letter signed " Fair Play," codaplaining of the vacancy m Council. It appears to us to be of little consequence; as far as voting goes, a majority is enough, and the additional vote could not turn the scale. However, it must be allowed, that the difficulty is increased of getting an opposition amendment seconded.
