R M'KENZIE has much pleasure in announcing • to the Inhabitants of Auckland and its vicinity, that he has received, ex " Thomas King," from London, and transhipped per " John Bull," a choice and splendid assortment of Winter Goods, comprising almost every article in the Woollen and Haberdashery line. It is his determination .to dispose of them as quickly as possible, to make room for further supplies which are daily expected. ! It is almost unnecessary to stale the advantages | Customers derive by purchasing at the Waterloo House, as the greater pait of the community are well aware of it already ; but to those parties who have not as yet favoured him with a call, he begs to state particularly, that his system of doing business, is to give every person honest dealing, by charging all alike for the same kind of goods, so that a child may make pur • chases at his establishment, on the same terms as the most experienced judge. R. M'K. thinks it unnecessary to give a long list of goods, he therefore quotes a few of the leading'articles.— West of England Woollen Clothes Cassimeres, Doeskins, Fancy Checked Doeskins, Blue Beaver and Pilot Cloths, Daik Colonial Tweeds, and Shepherd's Plaids. Black and Coloured Satinetts, and Gros de Naples, Satins, Sarsnets, and Persian Shawls, Scarfs and Handkerchiefs in great variety. A large assortment of Black and Coloured Orleans Coburgh, Checked Alpaccas, and Shaded Merinoes. A very large assortment of rich Prints and Furnitur e ditto. 100 pieces Dark Print, at 6d. per yard. A rich assortment of Winter Dresses, to suit all classes of Customers. 95 Delaine Dresses,'from ss. 6d. to 7s. 6. cheap at lls. each. 1060 yards rich dark printed Delaine, at Is. per yard. Ladies Tuscan, Dunstable, and Pearl Straw Bonnets, in great variety, Maids and Children's dttto, and Boys' Tuscan Hats. A splendid assortment of rich French Bonnet Ribbons, and Cap ditto. 2 Boxes French Flowers. Ladies Muslin Collars, Habit Shirts, Chemizetts, Lace Cardinal Capes, Lace Cuffs, and Muslin do., and worked Muslin Trimmings and Insertion. An assortment of Blonds, Whisker do., Netts, Laces, Edgings, Thread Edgings and Laces, and Black Lace Veils. ! Ladies White Stays in French and English, and coloured do., Maids and Children's do. Damask Moreens, Table Linen. Oil Cloths for Table Covers, Irish Linens, Lawns, Lawn Handkerchiefs, Nursery Clouting, Huckaback and Diaper Towelling, dressed and undressed Hollands, Jaconet, Mull, Nainsook, Book and Checked Muslins. Long Cloth domestic and snirting Calico, 8-4 White and Grey ditto. A very stout article in Scotch Ginghami. An assortment of Hosiery and Gloves 50 dozen white cotton Hose, at 9d. per pair 6-4 and 8-4 Gala Plaids and Camlets. Gents Black Brussels, and Ducape Handkerchiefs, and Satin Stocks, and White and Coloured Silk pocket handkerchiefs. Brown Silk anu Figured Satin Parasols. Children's Frocks, Robes, and Frock Bodies, and French Cambric Caps, 1 Case Children's Dresses, in great variety, from 4s. Cd. to 7s, 6d., some of these are well worth 16s. 2 Cases real Paris Hats, at 21s. each, the same class of goods are sold by the other houses in Town, at 305., thus realising a saving to the Purchaser of very nearly 50 per cent. These Goods have been purchased under peculiar advantages, otherwise they could not be sold at such a reduced price. Gentlemen requiring an article warranted to retain colour and shape, will do well by making an early call at tht Waterloo House.
